What we actually do
Mike Garcia has spent a long career in credit card processing and merchant services. The job is not selling you a terminal. It is working out what your business actually needs, then connecting you with a company we have personally evaluated rather than a name off a list.
That usually starts with your current statement. We read it with you, tell you what you are genuinely paying once every fee is counted, and say plainly whether moving is worth it. Sometimes it is not, and you should hear that too.
Who this suits in College Station
Shops and restaurants ringing people up at a counter. Service businesses invoicing after the job. Contractors taking payment in the field. Practices and studios billing the same customers every month. Each of those wants a different setup, and the one you inherited may not be the one that fits.
College Station and Bryan sit in our service area, and the mix here runs heavily to independent shops, restaurants and service businesses rather than chains, which is exactly the kind of operator who inherits a payment setup and never revisits it.
Beyond the card reader
Payments is where most conversations start, and it is rarely where they end. The same owners usually need one or more of customer financing so a big job is affordable, merchant funding for equipment or working capital, business management technology to stop running the place on memory, essential services like electricity, and commercial insurance.
That is the reason to have one number rather than six. You call once, we work out which of those you actually need, and you are not the one managing six separate relationships.
What it costs to ask
Nothing. There is no fee to have your statement read and no obligation at the end of it. If what you have is already a good deal, we will say so.

Common questions
Do you charge for a statement review?
No. There is no cost to have your current processing statement read and explained, and no obligation afterwards.
Do I have to switch processors to talk to you?
No. Plenty of conversations end with us telling someone their current setup is fine. Knowing that is worth something on its own.
Do you only handle payments?
No. Payments is the core of the business, but the same conversation often covers customer financing, merchant funding, business technology, essential services like electricity, and commercial insurance.
